Terms of Service

Contract Terms:I aim to deliver on the work agreed upon In my correspondence with my client. The artist (myself) pledges to provide a unique work in accordance with the description provided by the client (you) and to the standard agreed upon. Once work begins on a piece, no refunds will be available. The work will be completed and delivered in accordance with the contract. Description and details of the subject of the work are the responsibility of the client. References and expectations must be clearly stated.In some cases, the artist may have a queue of other works to complete first, but it is expected that work will begin in a reasonable and prompt time with your work's place in the queue reserved.The finished work will be the property of the client with rights for private or commercial use. If the work is used commercially, the client must give recognition to the artist. In addition, the artist reserves the right to use the piece to promote her service and as part of a portfolio.This commissioned piece cannot be resold without my permission.Limited revisions are available in accordance with the artist's revision policy. Substantial additions to the piece will be considered a separate contract.Revision Disclaimer:
I make a great effort to please my customers and offer work-in-progress previews. Details may be slightly altered, but they must remain within the bounds of the description given. Excessive revision requests may result in additional costs or the termination of the commission. Therefore, you will be given 30 days from the time the finished work is provided to request your revisions.
In order to deliver the art most accurate to your request, I require a description correctly describing essential details. Take your time and offer sketches and inspiration works when needed.These terms and conditions are subject to change.
